Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

AHX Design is the name of the organisation that is of concern. By using the services provided, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from using these services.

2. Provided Services and Payment

I am only providing graphic design services at this time. This includes but is not limited to, branding, poster design, marketing material and print design.

Payment is due within 14 days of recieving the final invoice. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee.

Only bank transfer payments can be accepted at this time.

3. Project Timeline

After recieving the project brief, you will be given an estimated timeline for the completion of the project. Whilst I do stive to meet deadlines, delays may occur. You will be notified of any changes to the timeline

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Until payment is made, AHX Design will hold all rights to any design files. Once payment is made, the recipient of the design will hold all rights. However, even after payment is made, AHX Design has the right to display any part of the project on the website www.ahx-design.com or any third-party websites unless agreed otherwise.

Any content or resources (e.g. images, fonts) used in projects may be subject to third-party copyright. If you want these elements included in the project, you are resonsible for recieving the appropriate licenses to use the material. AHX Design will not be liable for any licensing issues regarding this.

5. Revisions

You will be sent a weekly review of how your project is progressing. You may use this time to make any adjustments or changes. These will be sent as lower resolution designs with a watermark over them to prevent distribution of the work before payment is made.

If you would like to change anything within the project after payment has been made, you will have to request it as a new project.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

If you decide to cancel the project during the designing proccess, you may still be charged for the work done up until the cancellation date. Refunds may be considered but are not guaranteed.

7. Confidentiality

Until payment has been made, all material must not be shared with anyone other than yourself, your assigned designer, or any other person affiliated with AHX Design.

8. Limitation of Liability

AHX Design is not liable for any losses that the designs may occur such as business image, business reputation, or other consequential damage.

If you loose any design that you have recieved after payment has been made, you may not be able to get them back. We do keep all files for projects for up to 6 months after payment has been made. If you do lose any files, please get in contact and you may be able to get them back. Please be aware that this may not be possible.
